What is the order processing time?

Our average order processing time is 3 business days.

How long does shipping take?

Depending on where you live, shipping transit time is 1-3 days. We ship all orders as USPS First Class Packages from our Solana Beach, CA headquarters. We can’t wait to see your unboxing photos once you receive your kit!

How long will it take to receive my order?

When you place an order the first kit will ship within 3 business days. Subscriptions will renew on the anniversary of the order date and kits will ship within 3 business days. We currently only ship within the U.S. via USPS. Our typical processing time for orders is 1-3 business days. After that, delivery time within the United States is most often 3-6 business days. Please keep in mind that during holidays, weather, and unusual circumstances this time may vary. Thank you for your patience during busy shipping times!

How can I track my order?

Orders can be tracked from a tracking number that will be provided in an email to you when the product ships. Please note that it may take several hours from the time an order ships to the time it is first scanned by the carrier into their system.

How do I change or cancel my subscription?

Coastal Crafts memberships renew automatically (except 3 or 6 month prepaid options).

Coastal Crafts memberships can be cancelled anytime prior to the membership renewal date after the first subscription box has shipped. As closed-end memberships are prepaid upfront (ex. 3 Months or 6 Months), cancellation will be reflected after the remaining boxes are shipped as scheduled. Please be sure to cancel before your renewal date since cancellations cannot be applied retroactively. There are no cancellation fees.

Ongoing memberships can be cancelled anytime after the first box has shipped, and prior to the box ship date for the next month. Once boxes have shipped any cancellations will take effect the following month.

Does my subscription auto-renew?

Yes, your subscription will auto-renew! You don’t need to change anything in your account to continue receiving your monthly jewelry kit.

Do you allow returns or refunds?

No, unfortunately we do not allow exchanges or refunds once your order has been placed.

What makes your packaging eco-friendly?

Since our inspiration comes from the ocean, Coastal Crafts is committed to raising awareness about the ocean plastic pollution crisis. We reduce the amount of plastic used in our packaging and source as much plastic-free and post-consumer-recycled content in our packaging and shipping materials as possible.
